Vision is powerful in that all submitted data is collected in a database.
As such it has three main uses:-
Vision can be used for Registration or Order forms, in fact anything that you like. The Underlying database knows that you filled in this form on this page, and will identify your appropriate "Loyalty Status"
These are surveys that are designed to populate databases, as such they tend to come in groups that have the same structure and ask the same types of questions, albeit across a range of products. Their objective is to deliver a consistent structured and meaningful reporting function, that will compare products and product groups across different time frames in a statistically valid manner.
The outputs will typically be based upon "Quantifiable Human Needs" That is Emotional rather than Rational, but Quantitative rather than Qualitative.
These type of surveys offer the greatest flexibility, but inherrently are less structured. They will tend to be one off Qualitative excercises, or Quantitative excercises that have more detail.
Typically they would not be used to build marketing databases, as the lack of structure will confuse the reporting functions.
