Managing Domains

We will talk about how to add a domain onto your site which will indentify it to servers around the world. However there are some things you might need to do before using this part of CareAbout and you will need one of them.

1. You need to have a domain already purchased, this can be bought from registrars/providers of domains on the internet. If you do not have a domain at hand, we can purchase one for you which would then give you a smoother transition.

2. If you have purchased your own domain, you will need to direct it's home URL address to our server IP, which we will give if this scenerio reflects you.

3. If you have a domain name already and would like us to manage it for you, then we can give you an IPS Tag of which you will need to replace with your current one. These IPS Tags are usually the name of your domain name providers but with capital letters.

Once you have done one of the above options, goto the "Manage Domains" button to add a domain for your CareAbout 2 site to respond to.

Enter the website name for both the www.wesite.com and website.com, and then save.
