Structure Tutorial

Choosing the right structure for your site is your first decision. The video takes you through screenshots and the various help screens. Basically you are deciding how many columns you want and whether to choose a LHS or Top Menu. We recommend that you find existing sites that you like the look of and feel would suit your current purposes. Within the CareAbout Structure editor you can Click on the Red "Help" buttons to see a range of our existing websites that use different structures.

The number of columns is a matter of choice.

The LHS menu has the advantage of unlimited pages as you are not constrained by the site width, however sub menus can look a bit cumbersome.

With the Top Menu placement you are constrained to Six or Seven main pages by the page width, however you can have more drop down menus.
