Document Management

Document Management Systems DMS are a more predictable and specialised membership area, in which people share documents.

We have written a Document Management Widget from which you can :-

  • Set up Accounts for multiple groups or Clients with their own username and password
  • Each Account can have multiple contacts, so you know who has posted what
  • Each Account can have multiple jobs, or campaigns
  • You can attach multiple documents to each job
  • You control the passwords
  • Anyone with access to the account can upload documents to any job and view all jobs and documents.

If you want to be more selective as to who can see what, set up a new account with a different  username and password.
