
So now we have a website, with our products, target markets and benefits all defined to the best of our ability.
This is in effect a "Review Point". We have defined our best guess so far, based upon our experience of the market.
Hopefully our best guess will be a good one, but opinions and tastes change over time.
So we now have Two Objectives:-

This means starting to interact with your customers, and thinking about how we will structure the data from those interactions in a manner that helps you take better decisions.
We are now planning how to be a "Customer Focussed Organisation".
This will effect our external communications, but perhaps more importantly,
it will drive our internal change management process and help us deliver a "Learning Organisation"
