Fine Food World is a good example of how the web can take your brand world wide, and how web based technology can help you run a global brand without a massive number of employees.
The Guild of Fine Food started out as an event management company running events in Earls Court for producers of high quality local produce across the British Isles. Often Sponsored by local government development Agencies the local poroducers had a hard time competing with the supermarkets.
The Guild has helped to change this, and now the exhibitor's produce is in demand across the world, and command the prices of Quality Goods.
This has come about by building competitions such as "The World Cheese Awards", and "The Great Taste Awards". These competitions are now truly Global and are held across the World, creating international markets for the producers. So Congratulations to the Farrand Family and their Team.
On this site you can register for an event as an exhibitor, see the layout of the Exhibition Hall, compare prices, select a location and book that location online.

You can click the Admin button – this shows you a cut down admin suite. The admin suite allows you to edit pages (but they quite deliberately don’t save), and you can book a stand. To book the stand click it, fill in a company, e-mail and password and save. Once you’ve done that that exhibitor can login and update their web profile. All of this works fine – Hurrah!!
