The Brief

eVolve were approached by the Guild of Fine Food to produce a microsite for the Harrogate Speciality Food Show. The site needed to provide a means for Exhibitors to enquire about booking a stand as well as allowing those who had been allocated a stand, to login and maintain their own web page.

The system created, allows the creation of a venue,  and both stand and fixed objects at that venue, located using an X/Y grid system. The system will then produce a floor plan of this venue and allow stands to be booked. When a stand is booked, a password is assigned allowing an Exhibitor to login and update their entry, details, showcase products and upload press releases.
