Creating Forms

CareAbout Forms are created in the same way as surveys. Your are simply asking for an address using a textbox rather than asking what type of breakfast cereal someone prefers. (See Embedding Surveys on the previous page)

We will set up a suite of standard forms in the next release of CareAbout, for the minute you will have to create your own.
