It is my pleasure to welcome you to Blanchelande Park. We aim to offer five star comfort and the highest standards of care in a genuinely friendly environment. We are proud of the high reputation achieved by our members of staff, their dedication and the high level of skill they have achieved through our training programme.
Blanchelande Park owes much to the vision of its founders, Mitch and Joanna Komedera. Indeed, having completed the project, they liked the complex and ambience so much that in their later years they made Blanchelande their home by moving into one of the sheltered bungalows next to the Nursing Home. I like to think that this contributes to our family atmosphere.
In every way, we try to make Blanchelande Park feel like your own home. Every room has en suite facilities, its own telephone and television. Residents quickly make the rooms their own by bringing along some of their cherished possessions. Moreover, we love to see residents entertaining their own guests and inviting them to share our delicious meals, often with a glass of wine.
I believe that any home needs to be vibrant and lively. Our extensive activity programme enables everyone to pursue his or her hobbies and take part in social and recreational pastimes.
