Blanchelande Park offers a wide variety of areas where residents can spend time together.
The wonderful Treetops Conservatory commands superb views of the grounds and this is where many of the activities take place. It is fitted with the very latest cinema screen technology, enabling displays of TV, DVD, slide shows and even computer presentations, backed up with hi-fidelity sound and public address system.
A computer is provided for residents’ personal use. This has a broadband internet connection, enabling residents to enjoy free access to information and emails.
There is also the Blue Lounge that has a large screen TV, video and DVD player, whilst the Library provides a quiet place with a large selection of books, many with large print, talking books, films on DVD, jigsaws and other puzzles.
