Assistant Store Manager - New Malden

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Store Manager of our New Malden Store. The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will include: Delivering unrivalled levels of customer service and providing a positive selling experience for our customers. You will have a strong retail background with proven track record in developing sales team through an entrepreneurial flair to grow the business.

To be considered you must have demonstrated:

• Confidence in every aspect of people-management including staff planning.
• The necessary drive to push sales and profit forward in a target driven environment.
• Strong visual merchandising skills.
• A ‘hands on’ approach, with the ability to positively influence our future.
• An understanding of Health and Safety in a retail environment.
• An understanding of Management Accounts
• Have an analytical mind to interpret financial documents, and set figure based targets.

You should have retail management experience preferably in a multi floor site and must be able to demonstrate an understanding of the key challenges it represents. Innovation and hard work will be the key to this position.
