The system allows customers to complete an application and it to be scored. A notifications is sent to a Sales Representative who can record the claim progress in the backend system.

The site allows news and events to be added to the site and tagged specifically to an indivdual brand allowing a visitor to see all events, or those relevant to a specific brand. The site also provides a centralised product management interface which feeds into Agera Online / Agera RX a fully enabled online shopping site and Agwith order management facilities. The system also allows for multi-language product translations to be entered.
